At Regrow Hair in 10 Days, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. We have not received a single refund request from 1000s of customers we already have. However, If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy as described below. 

  1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer a refund only after we have carried out our hair growth process on you ourselves, and only if you have completed the entire tenure of the process. You may be required to travel to our location for the process, and all expenses incurred during travel and stay will be borne by you.

  1. Refund Procedure

To initiate the refund process, please send an email to howto@regrowhairin10days.com within 7 days of completing the other tenure i.e., 2-3 months and if then still the results are not seen, we will refund the entire amount but if you are able to see the results after the longer tenure, the difference amount between the amount you paid and the longer tenure price at the time of the purchase will be refunded. We will require proof of completion of the tenure as well as evidence of your lack of improvement in hair growth. We reserve the right to request additional information or evidence if necessary.

Please make sure to have the pictures/video of the whole process ready before beginning the process.

Once we have received all the necessary information, we will process the refund within 30 days. Please note that refunds will only be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  1. Exclusions

Please note that refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If you have not completed the entire tenure of the hair growth process.
  • If you have not followed the instructions provided by our team during the process.
  • If you have not provided accurate and complete information about your medical history and current health condition.
  • If you have not followed our post-treatment guidelines for hair care.
  1. Changes to Refund Policy

Regrow Hair in 10 Days reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after the changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the new refund policy.
